Alberto Acito of ideama srl has been appointed territorial representative for Basilicata and Puglia of UNA – United Communication Companies.
The appointment took place during the Board of Directors held on June 27 in Florence, on the occasion of the Festa delle Territoriali. UNA, with over 270 member companies, represents a fundamental pillar for communication companies in Italy. The association brings together the best agencies in the Italian territory and offers a wide range of services that support the development and growth of companies in the sector.
Alberto Acito, CEO of the Matera-based agency ideama srl, will carry on this commitment with his vast experience in consulting, communication and marketing. His mission will be to build a robust network of businesses in Basilicata and Puglia, promoting effective and valuable synergies at a local level.
This appointment, therefore, marks a turning point for the strengthening of relations and the growth of communication companies in Southern Italy.

“It is an honor for me to have been chosen as UNA representative for my region and for neighboring Puglia,” comments Alberto Acito, representative of the Puglia – Basilicata Territorial of UNA. “Business associations in the South have enormous untapped potential. Communication professionals and entrepreneurs often do not have clear and updated guidelines on the communication market. My commitment will be aimed at creating effective and valuable local synergies.”

Acito’s activity will begin immediately and among the first actions on the agenda will be the monitoring of the target sector in the two regions, with the aim of developing strategies for valuable projects “made in the South”. This initiative aims to further strengthen UNA’s role as a driver of success for communications companies, encouraging the development and growth of the sector in Southern Italy.

“One of my objectives will be to bring new communication companies from Puglia and Basilicata into UNA, so that they can benefit from dedicated services, a network of top-level contacts and highly qualified training for their collaborators. These resources will allow businesses to take full advantage of local and national networking, enhancing their capabilities and promoting continuous collaboration and innovation,” concluded Acito.
