The restoration and conservative rehabilitation project of a building purchased by the Tercas Foundation in 2010 – adjacent to Palazzo Melatino and located between Largo dei Melatini and via del Gomito in Teramo, known as Palazzo Cameli – will be the protagonist, also through the exhibition of a model, of a press conference to be held next week at the organisation’s headquarters.
At the Meeting, with the President of the Foundation, Tiziana Di Santethe architect will be present Louis Franciosini who was entrusted with drafting the project by the Board of Directors of the organization in office in June 2019.
Since then, after a complex administrative process, in recent days we have achieved the publication on the Foundation’s website of a I notify “for the collection of expressions of interest for the presentation of an economic offer for the execution of building restoration and conservative redevelopment works”.
Following the Notice – which will expire on July 8th and which is available and downloadable, together with the attachments, from the horizontal Menu: Transparency/Notices section, of the Home Page of the Site – the choice of companies invited to submit an offer will take place at the sole discretion of the Foundation and in the terms and according to the methods that will be communicate.
The works involve a spending commitment of 1,650 million euros.
We have thus arrived at one of the final stages of the realization of a Project Idea that was strongly desired and present in the Programmatic Documents of the various Bodies of the Tercas Foundation that have followed one another over time since 2010.
Upon completion of the works, the property will be used, as decided at the time of purchase, for “expand the spaces for the realization of the institutional purposes of the Institution” through the identification of a specific choice that the Administration and Steering Bodies of the Institution will be called upon to make, definitively, after a series of in-depth and appropriate assessments.
