SITUATION: On our peninsula, the pressure is further increasing due to the expansion of a promontory of high pressure of North African origin that, starting from the next few hours, will expand towards our central-southern regions and will determine stable weather conditions with temperatures generally increasing but with the rise of dust/sand suspended at altitude. Temperatures will once again rise well above seasonal averages, especially over the weekend, while the latest updates of the mathematical models highlight a gradual weakening of the high pressure starting from Monday evening and during the day on Tuesday that will favor the arrival of fresh air masses of Atlantic origin first in the north and, subsequently, from Tuesday, also on our central regions, with a consequent marked increase in instability characterized by the development of strong thunderstorms and temperatures generally decreasing.
FORECAST: In our region, general conditions of predominantly clear or slightly cloudy skies are expected with possible cloud cover close to the mountains during the central hours of the day and during the afternoon, easing in the evening and at night. Little news on Saturday, the stable weather will continue but with suspended dust/sand at altitude which will give rise to a milky sky, even on Sunday. Temperatures and humidity levels rising, especially at the weekend.
Temperature: Increasing, especially in maximum values.
Venti: Weak to breeze.
Mare: Generally almost calm or not very moved.
