The Archaeological Park of Herculaneum becomes the setting for an experience that combines archaeology and sounds, in a crescendo of emotions that integrates monuments, natural landscapes and the territory, offering a completely unprecedented view of the place at first light in the morning. In fact, on June 29, with replicas on July 20 and Aug. 31, the Park offers The Dawn Show – Inventions in Three Voicesan original CoopCulture production, which will animate some of Italy’s historical, artistic and archaeological wonders until August.
The narration of archaeologists and art historians will alternate with musical notes and voices that will accompany visitors on a sound journey through the Mediterranean to distant places and eras. The musical program embraces a wide repertoire, from music by Roberto De Simone, Benjamin Britten. W.A. Mozart, Gabriel Fauré, Jansug Kakhidze and songs from the Campanian, Sardinian and Portuguese folk traditions, interpreted by the voice of Marina Bruno, Enzo Pietropaoli on double bass and Daniele Sepe on saxophone.
