Anci Calabria will face in the regional assembly of Lorica

COSENZA On differentiated autonomy, as president of Anci Calabria, Rosaria Succurro wrote to the mayors of the Calabrian municipalities, asking them to «avoid forms of escapes forward, of political protagonism and a priori visions motivated by partisan interests”. «We have the opportunity of the imminent regional assembly of Anci – underlined the president of the mayors of Calabria – to make the best and shared possible decisions, the most appropriate directions and the most in-depth analysis on the choice of the most effective line of initiative, on a reform which certainly has many points to clarify, in defense of that precious outpost which is the Municipality and which citizens consider their privileged institutional interlocutor, often even where it has no competence”. In his letter, Succurro specified that as president of the ANCI and of the Province of Cosenza he “never thought of giving rise to partisan discrimination towards instances of collective interest”. Today, wrote Succurro, the No to the recent law on differentiated autonomy “must see us even more on the same side, with the effort of a unitary synthesis and common feeling”. In the Regional Assembly of the ANCI, which will be held in Lorica on 10 and 11 July in the coming years, «there will be provided – President Succurro wrote to the mayors – a special space to be dedicated to open discussion on the topic of differentiated autonomy, from which I am sure that a united determination can emerge with the involvement of everyone».
