web validation also in Marche and Sardinia

In message no. 2380 of 2024, INPS announces that it has also extended the “Validation of ADI certifications” web service to the Marche and Sardinia regions, through which the competent public administration can validate the declaration indicated in the ADI application, relating to the certifications attesting the disadvantageous conditions for the applicant for the inclusion allowance.

For the purposes of recognizing the benefit of the Inclusion Allowance (ADI), INPS verifies the conditions of disadvantage and inclusion in the care and assistance programs declared in the ADI applications, at the public administrations that have issued the relevant certifications.

To this end, a specific web service has been activated, illustrated in message no. 2380 of 26 June 2024, called “Validation of ADI certifications“, through which the competent public administration can validate the declaration indicated in the ADI application, relating to the certifications attesting to the disadvantaged conditions for the applicant and/or for the subjects belonging to his family unit and the inclusion in treatment programs and assistance with a date prior to the date of submission of the same application.

Starting from 27 June 2024, therefore, for new applications in which a disadvantaged condition is reported, it is possible to select the new healthcare facilities which will consequently be assigned the tax codes to be verified. The healthcare workers of the Marche and Sardinia Regions must, therefore, proceed with the request for authorization on the new healthcare facilities even if already authorized in the previous territorial structures which provided for a single code for these Regions.

In any case, access to operators already authorized to verify the tax codes assigned to the previously indicated healthcare facilities will be guaranteed until the completion of the verifications themselves.
