Maestro Carrara’s taekwondo team wins medals at the Chimera 2024 cup, a form tournament held last Saturday at the Palasport Estra “Mario D’Agata” in Arezzo.
A national competition of the highest level, where the best athletes from all over Italy competed. The representative of the Pantere Taekwondo Team Carrara, present with 13 athletes, won 2 gold medals with Amato Di Maria Gabriele and Guariglia Andrea; three silver medals with Badalamenti Vittoria, Cannatella Alessandro and Bronzellino Domenico; 3 bronze medals with Gabriele Li Volsi, Guariglia Antonio and Barbaria Giorgia. Excellent performance also by Enzo Li Volsi, Zuliani Luigi, Bronzellino Gabriele, Schermi Salvatore and Lo Piccolo Emanuele, who stopped just short of the podium.
The comment of the master Carrara: “Our 13 participants have distinguished themselves, winning 8 very deserved medals, defeating very strong athletes, and in some cases by a few tenths of a point we did not take a more important medal. We return home satisfied and with an even greater baggage of experience for all of them, useful for the next imminent objectives”.
