Kresios, located in Telese Termein the province of Benevento, is a restaurant that boasts two Michelin stars. The restaurant presents itself to the customer with an essential, minimalist environment, but furnished with great taste. The intent behind the choice of pasta with cheese, such a singular proposal on the menu, is to transport the customer back in timeto childhood, remembering its flavors.

Even the choice of the dish is not casual, since the pasta is served in a colorful saucer made of hard plastic complete with a matching spoon, thus also offering a playful experience. There simplicity is the strong point of this dish, which plays on nostalgiaboth from a visual point of view and in terms of flavours, and therefore memories.

The main ingredients of the dish – all from Campania – are buffalo milk and cream which, once heated, condense into a stringy material, which creams the pasta. Then adding parmesan and oilwe reach the final result: a simple dish which however has the power to transport you back in time.
