With the start of the first training phase, Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese kicked off last week, the business plan competition that supports innovative ideas by giving them substance, culture and connections and rewards the most brilliant business projects.

There are 117 – the highest number for 13 years – the projects participating in the twenty-third edition, coming from 15 Italian regions and the Republic of San Marino. The leader is Emilia-Romagna, from which 72 projects come, but Lombardy is also well represented with 10 projects and the Republic of Titan, with 6 projects.

Of the Emilia-Romagna projects, 30 come from the province of Rimini, 17 from the Forlì-Cesena area, 13 from the Ravenna area and 10 from the province of Bologna.

Of the 117 projects registered, 33 are presented by a female group leader. The youngest member is 18 years old and the most mature one is 67. 75% of participants are under 44 years old, with the 25-34 age group being the most represented (34%), followed by the 35-44 age group (27 %) and from 18-24 (14%).

As regards the sector of activity, 21 percent of the projects operate in the IT field (software production, IT services, web portals, marketplaces). Also numerous, at 8 percent, are projects relating to the field of public relations (marketing and communication), training (education, sports and recreational courses) and tourism (travel agencies, tour operators, itinerary planning and tourist experiences) .

THE FIRST PHASE OF THE COMPETITION HAS LAUNCHED

The first phase of the competition, the one dedicated to free training, started in recent days. The first meeting opened with greetings from the vice president of the association Leonardo Tagliente, the introduction of Paola Giuri, full professor of Management at the University of Bologna, who introduced the topic of the business plan as an indispensable element to ensure that the starting goddess can become more realistic and feasible. The protagonist of the meeting was Ugo Mendes Donelli, the first to teach business models in Italy.

A NEW PRESTIGIOUS ENTRY INTO THE PARTNERS’ TEAM: SGR GROUP

Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese boasts 23 years of history, during which 4,482 participants were trained in entrepreneurial culture, 1,668 business ideas were presented to the juries and 134 companies were born from the competition.

All this is possible thanks to the support of numerous entities. A new prestigious entry into the team of partners has recently taken place, that of the SGR Group, a point of reference in the area for the sale of energy, gas and electricity, including post-meter services and energy efficiency.
