Anteas and Cesvol focus on health and nutrition

“Eat and feel good”. This is the theme of the meeting promoted by the Anteas association of Orvieto in collaboration with Cesvol Umbria, which will be held on Friday 28 June at 6:00 pm, in the Community hub premises of Orvieto Scalo.

It will be an opportunity to talk about health and sustainability at the table and to delve into the healthy aspects of the Mediterranean diet in relation to the food and wine products of Orvieto.

After greetings from the president of Anteas ODV Orvieto, Rocco Ienco, the meeting will be led by Dr. Daicoro Principi, a young nutritionist and kinesiologist who aims to spread awareness of a healthy lifestyle combined with Italian tradition and the protection of the territory.

“We believe that eating healthy and feeling well is important at any age – underlined by the Anteas association whose volunteers promote moments of sharing through social, cultural and solidarity initiatives – and that the subject is of fundamental interest to any generation, regardless of starting from children, teenagers, young people and adults up to the elderly, because a healthy diet is a fundamental investment for a good quality of life. These initiatives serve to underline the importance of the subject for maintaining a state of psycho-physical fitness of the person for research
