Milan | Vigentino – Here is Balduccio da Pisa 7 designed by Asti Architetti

Milan Vigentino. Via Balduccio from Pisa it has been mentioned several times in these pages due to the many construction sites present and under development. We are located in the lively neighborhood located between Symbiosis, the Scalo Romana and the Vigentino. Industrial warehouses, “little factories” and warehouses dotted the former industrial area, until the arrival of Prada Foundation (1993, but only became a world-famous cultural center in 2015), with the change of use of the entire area south of the railway yard. So one by one all these former industrial settlements are giving way to new residential settlements.

FCMA Group & Private Investor present a new iconic project, signed Asti Architetti: FCMA Apartments Balduccio from Pisa 7.

The U-shaped building is characterized by a base of 3 floors plus the ground floor and a higher part which, rising in steps up to the eleventh floor, will become part of the street already dotted with new and interesting buildings already built and to be completed.

Naturally the facades are characterized by the usual large terraces animated by randomly arranged slats. Inside and around there will be a communal garden.
