Bologna, 25 June 2024 – Mistreated the disabled husband in front of 13 year old daughter: Police arrested a 46-year-old resident of Bolognina area .
The little girl herself called the operations room last night from the Preccint to ask for help: the mother was in fact physically and verbally attacking the fathersuffering from a serious disability.
Once on scene, the officers found the woman screaming in front of her daughter death threats to her husband, who tried to push her away from the house while she was trying to reach him to hit him.
Only the arrival of the police stopped the 46-year-old, who also asked for the help of another police car to block the woman. According to reconstructions, the little girl also asked for help from her neighbor, who often heard screams coming from the house.
The victim is a 47 year old Italian man suffering from serious disability, who told the police that he had been subjected to mistreatment for years and that in the evening he had been beaten by his wife, who had hit him in several parts of his body (even biting him on the right shoulder). The man was then transported to hospital due to a fractured ribbeyond respiratory difficulties.
From police investigations, this is not an isolated case: in fact, there are various interventions by the police to verbal aggression And physical carried out by the woman to the detriment of her husband, demonstrating a relationship that has long been damaged. The 46-year-old had already been reported for threats aggravated by the use of a knife last March. The woman, therefore, was arrested red-handed for mistreatment in the family and transferred, upon order of the public prosecutor, to the local prison.
