“It is still possible to apply for the ASMEL MAXI-NOTICE OF PUBLIC SELECTION. Following the request received from the Council of Graduated Agricultural Experts, the integration of the requirements and the extension of the applications for the single selection of all 37 lists of suitable candidates up to to 10 July at 12.00. The call for recruitment in the Asmel Municipalities has already seen 740 entities signing up to the agreement for the aggregate carrying out of the procedure – as stated in the note – the Municipality of San Marco Evangelista is also among the new members , which joins the other Caserta member organizations such as Ailano, Alife, Arienzo, Bellona, ​​Caianello, Cancello ed Arnone, Capodrise, Capua, Carinaro, Casagiove, Casapulla, Ciorlano, Conca della Campania, Curti, Dragoni, Grazzanise, Mondragone, Marcianise, Monte Lungo, Orta di Atella, Pietramelara, Portico di Caserta, Recale, Roccamonfina, San Nicola la Strada and Succivo. At the specific request of the entities, in the third maxi notice the profiles of operators and specialized workers (formerly category B) such as drivers, plumbers, bricklayers, carpenters and electricians were also increased. For President Giovanni Caggiano «The Asmel procedure is the right combination between the standardization of national competitions and meeting the needs of candidates. -We read in the note- In recent years it has proven to be an effective and concrete response to the high rate of withdrawals, close to 60%, in national competitions, putting the candidates’ needs and territorial preferences in the foreground. In fact, candidates who are found eligible can choose which interviews to participate in, also preferring municipalities neighboring their place of residence. This guarantees motivated and satisfied future employees.” Interested parties can apply for one or more profiles via the www.asmelab.it platform. After passing the pre-selection test conducted by Asmel consisting of 60 multiple choice questions, suitable candidates remain registered on the list for 3 years or until the date of their permanent hiring. -We read in the note- With a further selective test managed by the body that called the interview, we move on to hiring with a procedure that ends in a maximum of 4-5 weeks, as proven by the experience gained by the bodies that with the previous notices have completed over 600 hirings.
