Rovigo, 25 June 2024 – Great fear and damage this morning for the tornado which crossed the Rovigo territory. At around 11.15am, the fury of the wind and rain hit several warehouses in via Porta Adigeunhinging some sheets fly to the nearby shopping center car park Aliper. The debris has damaged the windows, the bar area and the cars parked. The whirlwind swept away other sheets of metal and awnings, breaking the branches of some trees.
The few minutes were experienced with great terror by the clients of the shopping center and give them motorists who were walking along via Porta Adige. Dozens of firefighters intervened.
After hitting the city, the strong gust of wind blew up moved first in the suburbs and then in the municipal areas of Lusia and Lendinara.
