Every year the San Martino Association offers its guests, the students of the Milan Polytechnic, an artistic and cultural outing. The conclusion of the 2024 academic year saw the city of Bergamo as the ideal place to spend a day among art, history and culture.

They appreciated the artistic beauty of Piazza Vecchia, both in the part dedicated to civil society and in the part linked to faith which is expressed in the monuments of the cathedral, the Duomo, the Baptistery and the Colleoni Chapel. The extraordinary works of art kept in the chapel and in the cathedral, including the wooden inlays of the sixteenth-century choir, the sixteenth-century Tuscan and seventeenth-century Flemish tapestries and the carving and painting works, amazed the eyes of the children and those who loved them. accompanied.
