Registrations for the Salerno school canteen are now open

The procedure is entirely computerized and managed through the Institution’s portal which provides users with a user manual written in an understandable and immediate manner, an in-depth analysis of the registration methods, a form for specific requests – or particular diets for reasons religious, clinical, ideological – and a refund request form.

Requests will take into account the ISEE of the family unit. It is possible to make a contribution to the payment of meals online with all existing payment instruments (credit card, home banking, Satispay, Paypal, and so on) or generate a “Payment notice” or an electronic document that allows you to pay at banks, post offices, Lottomatica counters, Sisal points of sale, Banca 5. Clearly it is also possible to pay with Pagopa, provided that the user’s e-mail address and tax codes of the user of the meals and of the parent associated with the student.

The Municipality recommends that users communicate any absences of students, and therefore non-use of meals for that day, by 9:00 am on the day concerned, otherwise the system will directly charge the unused menu. For exempt families – who have paid a one-off contribution of five euros for meals – there are no refunds for unused meals.
