Municipality of Venice Competition 2024 for 15 disabled graduates

A was announced competition of the Municipality of Venice 2024 reserved for disabled people and aimed at covering 15 jobs in the professional profile of Administrative Instructor.

This public selection is open to graduates.

The application for participation must be sent by July 15, 2024.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

The Municipality of Venice, in Veneto, has therefore announced a competition for the hiring of administrative instructors graduates, exclusively reserved for subjects belonging to the protected categories referred to in art. 1 of Law 68/1999 (disabled people).

Persons in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the competition, namely:

• citizenship Italian or from one of the countries of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
• of age and not having exceeded the age for obtaining the pension if the age limit has been reached;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• registration on the electoral lists;
• have not been convicted with a final judgment for crimes that constitute an impediment to employment by a public administration;
• not be excluded from the active political electorate and not having been dismissed or released from employment in a public administration for persistent insufficient performance, or dismissed for the same reasons or for disciplinary reasons;
• regular position with respect to military service obligations;
• not have been declared forfeited for having obtained the appointment or hiring through the production of false documents or documents tainted by irremediable nullity;
• not have occurred in the last three years in the termination of the employment relationship due to failure to pass the probationary period for the profile put up for competition by a Public Administration;
• physical fitness the tasks to be performed;
• knowledge of the English language and of the most widespread IT equipment and applications.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

This competition is entirely reserved for protected categories referred to in art. 1 of Law 68/1999, who are registered in the compulsory placement lists referred to in art. 8 of the aforementioned law (disabled people) or who register promptly upon receipt of a hiring proposal if they are found to be suitable for the outcome of the competition.

Finally, all candidates are required to possess a High school diploma (high school diploma) which allows enrollment in degree courses.

SALARY

The basic annual salary for people selected through the Municipality of Venice 2024 competition for disabled people is the following:

• table salary 21,392.87 euros;
• thirteenth month’s salary;
• ancillary economic treatment as per the CCNL of the Local Functions Sector of 11.16.2022 and the current CCI of the Municipality of Venice;
• severance pay in accordance with current legislation on the matter.

HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

The Administration reserves the right to proceed with one preselection in the event that the number of candidates is greater than 200, which will consist of the administration of psycho-aptitude tests closed-ended questions and/or verification of the knowledge or possession of the skills indicated in the announcement.

The selection will then take place through the valuation of securities and through 2 exams (one written and one oral).

The tests will focus on following topics:

• Institutional and accounting organization of Local Authorities;
• Administrative law with particular reference to administrative proceedings, administrative documents and access to documents;
• elements of Constitutional law;
• TU of the legislative and regulatory provisions regarding administrative documentation;
• essential elements of the legislation on transparency, anti-corruption and protection of personal data;
• public employment relationship.

During the completion of the oral test the commission will proceed to ascertain the knowledge of theuse of IT equipment and applications most widespread as well as of English language.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for participation in the Municipality of Venice 2024 competition for disabled administrators must be sent by July 15, 2024exclusively electronicallythrough the inPA Portal by connecting to the link on this page.

To access the platform you must authenticate using SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS credentials.

To participate in the competition, the payment of the admission fee is required €10.00.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Since the day July 22, 2024 the day, time and place of any pre-selection will be published on the InPA portal and on the website of the Municipality of Venice.

In the event that the pre-selection test is not carried out, on that date and in the same way, information will be provided on the continuation of the procedure.
