Torre del Greco – Contributions for transporting disabled people to rehabilitation facilities
Applications are open: you can submit them until July 8th.
Granting of financial contributions to support the transport costs of disabled people attending rehabilitation facilities: it is possible to submit the application until July 8th. This is what is established by the public notice drawn up on the indication of the municipal administration led by the mayor Luigi Mennella and the councilor for social policies Mariateresa Sorrentino and signed by the sector manager, Alessandro Gennaro Borrelli and by the coordinator of the area 31 planning office , Roberta Testa.
The document recalls how the regulation on access to services and social interventions “disciplines the granting of economic support to families of disabled people for expenses incurred during the year (specifically 2023) relating to transport at the specialized rehabilitation centers and facilities present both in the area and outside the city area, starting from two kilometers away from the home”.
Contributions will be assigned based on the number of applications admitted, within the limits of available financial resources and paid after presentation of the certificate of fr
monthly frequency showing the number of sessions carried out, the duration and start date of the rehabilitation treatments.
“Disabled citizens with residence in the municipality of Torre del Greco can participate in the tender – it is still mentioned in the public notice on the institution’s website, www.comune.torredelgreco.na.it; of Italian citizenship or of a State belonging to the European Union or, for non-EU citizens, in possession of a residence permit and residence for at least six months in Torre del Greco; absence of socio-health services for which transport is already included in the service; with disabilities pursuant to law 104/92; for minors whose disability situation is not yet certified pursuant to L.104/92; absence of measures provided for in the same way by other national and regional laws”.
As mentioned, the deadline for producing the requests is set for July 8th. Applications must be submitted on the form on the Municipality website, to the protocol office of Palazzo La Salle or by certified e-mail, to the address ufficio.torredelgreco.asmepec.it.
