Volley Modica: Riccardo Capelli reconfirmed

Avimecc Volley Modica has made its fifth confirmation official in view of the next Serie A3 volleyball championship: spiker Riccardo Capelli will remain with the team for the third consecutive year. Capelli, born in 2000 and originally from Brianza, arrived in Modica in the 2022/2023 season after playing with Vero Volley Monza, Aurispa Libellula Lecce and BCC Castellana Grotte. With his 198 centimeters tall, Capelli demonstrated his technical and human value, becoming a key figure for the team.

The managers of Avimecc Volley Modica underlined the importance of this reconfirmation, stating that Capelli will be a strong point for the team also next season. His experience and qualities will be fundamental to face a Serie A3 championship that promises to be very competitive.

Riccardo Capelli expressed his satisfaction with the renewal of the contract, declaring that he was happy to remain in Modica and grateful to the club for the opportunity.
