Itineraries to discover Piacenza, the calendar of guided tours

New appointments on the calendar with itineraries to discover Piacenza organized by the Iat-R desk in collaboration with the city tourist guides. Sunday 30 June“waiting for the Tour de France”: from 4pm to 5.15pm the initiative “From the Gothic to the virtual” is scheduled, which will accompany the participants to admire Palazzo Gotico with its monumental hall, and then move to the PalaBanca Eventi in via Mazzini ( Palazzo Galli) where, after a brief introduction, you can visit the immersive exhibition “Icônes – Three masterpieces in one city” for free, which highlights – through the details of digital reproduction – the beauty of the “Ecce Homo” paintings by Antonello da Messina (kept in the Gallery of the Alberoni College), Botticelli’s “Tondo” exhibited in the Pinacoteca of Palazzo Farnese and the “Portrait of a Lady” by Gustav Klimt from the Ricci Oddi Modern Art Gallery.

Tuesday 2 Julyin the aftermath of the all-Piacenza “Grand Départ”, from 10.30 to 12.30 there will be the possibility of following the “Piacenza Classica” itinerary among the most evocative views and monuments of the historic center. The cost of participation is 10 euros for each adult (free up to 12 years old), with a reduction of 8 euros for guests of hotels located in Piacenza.
