He would have sold cocaine in his bar in Teramo where it could also be consumed.
For this reason, as reported by AdnKronos, the police arrested the owner.

So not only cocktails at the bar, you could also consume drugs.

And it would have been the owner of the place himself who provided it and allowed its use in the public establishment. This is what the Carabinieri of the Teramo company discovered who, with the NOR, arrested the barman, following a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the investigating judge of the Teramo court, requested by the Prosecutor’s Office. And with him another man who was dealing in the vicinity of the club also ended up in prison. The investigations, which began some time ago, have made it possible to reconstruct a “flourishing drug dealing activity carried out by the owner of the bar who, in addition to selling drugs, allowed them to be used inside his premises”.

During the investigations, ten supplies of cocaine were found; a collateral drug dealing activity took place near the same premises and had as its protagonist a foreigner who sold cocaine and hashish. The investigations, which lasted a few months, were based on technical activities, direct and indirect evidence, acquisition and study of footage from both public and private video surveillance systems in the area, personal, home and vehicle searches resulting in the seizure of drugs. During the execution of the measures, in which the dog unit of the Carabinieri dog unit of Chieti participated, small quantities of cocaine and hashish were found inside the public establishment at the disposal of an employee and a customer. The two arrested were accompanied to the Pescara prison.
