Four individuals from Agrigento are accused of making death threats against an entire family. The carabinieri of the provincial command of Agrigento arrested the three people on charges of robbery, extortion, private violence, damage and housebreaking. It’s about Gabriele Minioa 36-year-old from Raffadali, who ended up in prison, and the people of Agrigento Giuseppe Casà28 years old, and Samuel Donzì 23 years old, ended up under house arrest. A fourth person, a minor from Agrigento, is under investigation at large.

According to the accusations, the three had threatened with death an entire Raffadali family made up of father, mother and two minor children, with the aim of making them abandon the house in which they live and take possession of the property. The investigating judge Micaela Raimondo signed the precautionary custody order. The investigation is coordinated by deputy prosecutor Alessia Battaglia.
Death threats for the house in Agrigento
The story dates back to last May. L’motionless in question, inhabited by the spouses and children, was coveted by Minio, the couple’s neighbor. The two spouses from Agrigento would have been victims of insults, death threats, break-in attempts and gun shots against their car. “Call your husband.. you understand, I’ll shoot you.. call your husband and we’ll kill him..”. A nightmare that convinced the spouses to report what happened to the police before withdrawing the complaint, probably for fear of retaliation. However, the investigations led to the arrest of the three suspects. Minio, Casà and Donzì, defended by the lawyers Salvatore Cusumano, Fabio Inglima and Teresa Alba Raguccia, will appear in the next few hours before the judge for the preliminary investigations for the interrogations of guarantee and validation of the measure.
