The «Capricci del destiny» exhibition returns to the Manfrediana library in Faenza, in a summer version, from Tuesday 25th, when at 7pm in the Antonio Petrocelli Seventeenth Century Cloister (in the photo), with Your blood is living earthwill explore the path of love according to Neruda starting from his famous ones One hundred love sonnets. The exhibition of interpreted readings, conceived and organized by the reading group «La stanza di Virginia», which already last autumn helped raise funds to support the library, will return in the form of a literary aperitif – and always with the common thread of great male authors who tell their personal vision of the female figure – also on Thursday 25 July with Marco Sgrosso in The meek by Fëdor Dostoevkij, Friday 30 August with M.Grazia Ghetti in Odette Toulemonde by Eric-Emmauel Schmitt and Thursday 26 September with Marco Manfredi in The death of the Pythia by Friedrich Dürrenmatt. The cost of the ticket is 15 euros and the proceeds will go to enrich the shelf La stanza di Virginia, present inside the Manfrediana library and dedicated to women’s and feminist writing.
