The maestro is the creator and artistic director of the festival Anthony Gentle. The Carabinieri will open the Festival with double participation at 7.30 pm. The Association places a laurel wreath at the War Memorial in Piazza O. Buccini for the fallen of all wars and deaths at work. Following, at 9.00 pm, in the cathedral churchyard, the Fanfare will perform a concert program. The Fanfare of the 10th Carabinieri Regiment “Campania” was established on 18 June 1862 by royal decree following the increase in strength of the Royal Carabinieri Corps. Until then, the Royal Carabinieri Corps only included trumpeters employed mainly for field or service functions and only in certain circumstances for public performances. Currently the fanfare of the 10th Carabinieri Regiment “Campania” is an artistic ensemble made up of 30 performers and directed by the Lgt Luca Berardo and in addition to performing classic military marches, symphonies and national anthems, he performs in concerts with classical and modern songs.
