Service center for the poor, one offer – Teramo

TERAMO. There is only one competitor for the design and construction of the so-called “post station”. The tender for the assignment of the double task, relating to the service center for the poor to be activated with the recovery of the building that until a few years ago housed the Villa Pavone nursery school, saw an outcome that leaves no room for choice municipal administration. Three candidates were in the running who, within the deadline set in the notice, presented proposals for the intervention to be carried out with approximately 620 thousand euros raised through the Pnrr. The documentation sent to the institution was found to be lacking for two of the applicants for the award of the contract. The municipal offices also activated the so-called “preliminary assistance” for the integration of incomplete practices, but this was not enough to put them back on track. After the preliminary examination, only one proposal remained on track.
This is the one presented by the temporary group formed by Lacogeit Srl, a company that deals with public construction and is based in Bisceglie in Puglia, together with the technicians Catia Bianchi for the associated professional firm Progest, Giorgia Galanti representing Fabrica conservation and restoration Scpl, Emiliano Africanus, Daniele Bianchi And Valeria Martucci. To evaluate the economic and planning content of the proposal, a commission made up of municipal employees was appointed by managerial act. They are part of it Pierluigi Manettaengineer of the institution’s reconstruction area, who was designated as president, Valeria Maggittiarchitect working in the public works sector, appointed sole manager of the procedure, Federica Cilliadministrative accounting specialist working in the solidarity services area and Valentina Di Furia of the public works sector as a secretary.
