The hearing of the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court took place on Thursday 20 June regarding the appeal of the associations belonging to Casa Crescenzago.
The sentence will be issued according to the times deriving from the level of complexity of the issues addressed in the discussion and discussion between the parties, represented by the Lawyers of the Municipality of Milan and by our lawyer Raffaello Ricci.
The Municipality, while reiterating its arguments, recognized the public, social, civil and cultural function of the associations and of the building itself bound by the Superintendence; however, the issue of ownership remains.
The Lawyer claims that the Municipality tried to exchange the property for another asset, but the exchange was not completed; that the Municipality intends, through Municipality 2, to guarantee adequate headquarters for the associations and “aggregative” public function at the former Town Hall building of Crescenzago.
It therefore seems that the ball passes to Municipality 2, with which Casa Crescenzago maintains relations.
What to say? Pessimism of reason and optimism of will: our commitment intensifies and does not give up. We resist with the participation, solidarity and support of all the people who believe in it.
