On 17 June 2024, the client Asrem communicated to the companies currently managing the service, Fursol Srl, Geo Impianti Srl, DP Servizi Srl, Califel Srl, CSQ Estintori Srl, the cessation of the service on 06.30.2024;
In June 2024, Gruppo Servizi Associati started the procedure for changing the contract by requesting from the companies currently managing the service (Fursol Srl, Geo Impianti Srl, DP Servizi Srl, Califel Srl, CSQ Estintori Srl) the evidentiary documents of the workers needed to hiring of staff from 01.07.2024.
The undersigned OO.SS, on 06.07.2024, requested, by PEC, the Gruppo Servizi Associati and ASRE.M the establishment of a merit table aimed at carrying out the joint examination in order to safeguard employment levels.
On 18 June 2024, the undersigned trade union organisations, having not received feedback, sent a certified email to Gruppo Servizi Associati and Asrem, requesting the completion of the joint examination.
To date, just 8 (eight) days from the start of the service (01.07.2024) by the Servizi Associati Group, none date, for the completion of the joint examination, has been scheduled.
Considering this deafening silence and behavior on the part of the GSA and the client Asrem to be unacceptable and symptomatic of a broader problem of respect and dignity towards workers, Fisascat CISL Abruzzo Molise and Fim CISL Abruzzo Molise have proclaimed the state of agitation requesting an urgent summons to the prefectural bodies also alerting the Territorially Competent Labor Inspectorate.
