Police intervention
The State Police – General Prevention and Public Rescue Office intervened on the morning of Tuesday 18 June 2024, after a report from 112 NUE, for a man who was aggressively wandering around some streets of Pistoia.
The Flying Squad which intervened immediately, actually noted the aforementioned attitude on the part of the man, a citizen Italian of the 1985found in possession of a 42 cm metal bar, of which he was unable to justify his possession. The 39-year-old, who was found to have various precedents regarding drugs, crimes against property and against the person, he was immediately disarmed and taken to the Police Headquarters for the necessary investigations.
The man should have been in prison after failing to comply with the signature requirement, which occurred following a robbery crime aggravated in competition and personal injury in 2021. Therefore, the subject was taken to the local prison and reported for the crime of carrying weapons or objects capable of offending.
