“Lavorando Veneto 2024 – Work in inclusion, orientation, training and safety. All in the era of artificial intelligence”. This is the title of the event organized by the Regional Council of Presidents of the Orders of Labor Consultants of Veneto on June 24th in Padua, at the city’s Congress Center, from 9:00 to 18:00. In detail, the conference sees the patronage of the Veneto Region, the Municipality of Padua, the National Council of the Order and the Study Foundation. But also of ENPACL, Fondazione Lavoro and ANGCDL. The training day will open with institutional greetings (in alphabetical order) from the President of the National Council of the Order, Rosario De Luca; of the ANCL Regional President of Veneto, Marco Degan; of the mayor of Padua; Sergio Giordani. And again: from the President ENPACL, Sergio Giorgini and the Coordinator of the Veneto Labor Consultants Council, Massimo Guidetti. Among the planned interventions, that of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, Marina Calderone and the Minister for Institutional Reforms and Regulatory Simplification, Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati. The event will be an opportunity to address issues such as the fight against undeclared work and the culture of safety; new jobs and the impact of artificial intelligence on the job market; good practices to promote the inclusion of vulnerable people in the market; job orientation, training, welfare tools and future prospects. President De Luca will also participate in the round table “Safe work and fight against undeclared work” during which we will go into the merits of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 19/2024. From the fight against irregular contracts to the diffusion of a safety culture. A debate that will also see the intervention of the Director of the National Labor Inspectorate, Paolo Pennesi. Participation in the event will give the right to the recognition of 6 training credits valid for mandatory continuing education.
