MONSELICE (PADUA) – Serious accident on state road 16: cars and scooters collide and the motorcyclist gets the worst of it. The accident occurred today, Friday 21 June, at the Eni distributor. For reasons still under investigation by the local police officers, led by Commissioner Mario Carrai, the two vehicles collided. The motorcyclist was catapulted onto the asphalt suffering serious trauma. Suem rescuers arrived on site with ambulance and helicopter, as well as Anas staff. Due to the severity of the injuries sustained, the driver of the scooter was airlifted to Padua hospital.
Traffic at a standstill on the highway. That point was the scene of another accident on Sunday 16 June: a car and a motorbike were also involved in the accident.
