Wave Summer Music Villa Bellini in Catania: on stage Tommaso Paradiso, Gazzelle, Irama

The Salmo & Noyz concert, scheduled for July 12th, will be the first major event of the Wave Summer Music scheduled at Villa Bellini in Catania. The Festival, organized by Giuseppe Rapisarda Management, will also see live performances by Gazzelle, Blue, Tommaso Paradiso, Irama and the Deejay Time Celebration this year in Catania. The events hosted in the Etna city and included in the Catania Summer Fest 2024 program were presented today to the Municipality of Catania by the mayor Enrico Trantino.

Salmo & Noyz – 12 July – Catania (Villa Bellini)
With “Hellraisers” the two artists will retrace their successes and present for the first time live the songs from the joint album CVLT (already gold), released on November 3rd. The album is a manifesto of what has always characterized the production of the two rappers. A well-defined imagery, which draws heavily from rap, hip hop, cinema, but also from their respective careers, honored on several occasions. Rap is at the center of a 15-track long journey and in “CVLT” it finds space through different declinations, without ever moving away from the original matrix. The album reflects the personalities of Salmo & Noyz Narcos 100%. At the productions we find (in order of appearance) Luciennn, Salmo himself, Sine and Ford78. A limited core, specifically chosen because it is capable of giving life to the ideal sound carpet for the pens of the two rappers. There are also few collaborations, also chosen by virtue of their ability to immerse themselves in a well-defined imagination: Marracash, Kid Yugi, Coez and Frah Quintale. Always accustomed to breaking down the characteristics of the scene, Salmo & Noyz Narcos will form a fiery alliance even live: HELLRAISERS will see two living legends of Italian rap on the same stage for two unmissable shows that have all it takes to remain indelible in the public memory. The two artists will be at Villa Bellini in Catania on 12 July.

Gazelles – 13 July – Catania (Villa Bellini)
His concerts are the tangible testimony of unconditional love, a true collective ritual that has bewitched half a million people in recent years. On May 16, 2024, the singer-songwriter will perform in an extraordinary event at the Verona Arena, a unique event that is added to the “Dentro X Semper” tour. This will be the first opportunity for the artist to bring the magic of his music to one of the most evocative and historic venues in Italy for a concert all about him. Gazzelle will be at Villa Bellini in Catania on 13 July.

Blue – 18 July – Catania (Villa Bellini)
This year too, Wave Summer Music hosts major international events. After the successes of the Black Eyed Peas (2022) and Maluma (2023), it is now up to the Blue to make the Villa Bellini audience dream. The “Italian Summer Tour 2024” will be on July 18th in Catania (Villa Bellini). Blue, namely Antony Costa, Duncan James, Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe, are one of the most successful British bands of the last 2 decades. Formed in London in 2000, the four have sold 15 million records, placed numerous number one singles in the UK charts, collaborated with some of the biggest stars in the world including Elton John and Stevie Wonder, and won numerous awards including two prestigious BRIT Awards for Best British Breakthrough Act and Best British Pop Act.

Tommaso Paradiso – 19 July Catania (Villa Bellini)

Tommaso Paradiso’s overwhelming live performance will also arrive in Catania (Friday 19 July 2024, Villa Bellini) and Palermo (Saturday 20 July 2024, Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa). The artist is one of the authors who best describe the most diverse feelings with a poetic and at the same time realistic touch, through a unique gaze and a pen capable of capturing the essence. His ability to involve, surprise and excite live is genuine and contagious. The summer events arise from the heated enthusiasm of the autumn shows which were sold out for the dates in Rome, Naples, Bari, Padua, Milan and Catania. The party will therefore continue in the summer, and it will be a new opportunity to listen and sing with Tommy the new songs from the album Sensazione Stupenda (released in October) together with the biggest hits of his career such as Completemente (triple platinum), Riccione (quadruple platinum ), Remember Me (platinum record) and Don’t Have Fear, which entered the Top Ten of all the charts (FIMI/Gfk, Spotify, Airplay EarOne, iTunes and Apple Music) and was certified triple platinum; and among others Felicità Puttana (quadruple platinum), Da Sola In The Night (platinum disc), Promiscuità, Fine Dell’Estate (gold disc), Zero Stare Sereno (platinum disc), Tutti Le Notti (disc gold) and Magari No (gold record), from the debut album Space Cowboy (gold record).

Irama – 2 August – Catania (Villa Bellini)
The success of Irama continues and on August 2nd it will be at Villa Bellini in Catania. Irama confirms himself as one of the most successful artists in the current Italian music scene. With his hits, he has already collected 47 platinum records, 5 gold records with almost two billion streams and over 900 million views for his videos. The tour will be an opportunity to listen to the artist’s hits live and also “Tu no”, the ballad with which he participated in the 74th edition of the Sanremo Festival. “Tu no” tells of the sense of lack and distance in the broadest meaning of the term, not only in the romantic sense. A dedication to a complex state of mind, with a thousand implications and facets, which everyone can adapt to their own personal life experience.

Deejay Time Celebration – 31 August – Catania (Villa Bellini)
Deejay Time Celebration will also bring a unique show to Sicily, transporting the audience to those legendary 90s which saw the phenomenon of electronic music explode, on a journey through time but which is also projected into the future, with the greatest dancefloor hits Italian and international. The only date scheduled on the island is August 31st at Villa Bellini in Catania. The protagonists of Deejay Time were true pioneers who were able to write an indelible page in the history of dance music and with a notable impact on Italian pop culture which still attracts three generations today.
