Abruzzo – After Puglia and Veneto, too Abruzzo participates in the experimental phase of the national database of accommodation facilities and properties intended for short-term rental or for tourism purposes (BDSR). Over the next few weeks, news will be given on the Ministry website of the activation of the service for the other Regions and Autonomous Provinces, until it progressively reaches the entire national territory.
Through the platform it is possible to request the National Identification Code (CIN), to be used for the publication of advertisements and for display outside structures and buildings, pursuant to art. 13-ter of legislative decree no. 145/2023: by logging in via digital identity, i owners they visualize the data relating to connected structures to their Tax Code, integrate the missing information, report any changes and obtain the CIN.
In the experimental start-up phase, no sanctions are foreseen Citizens who wish to do so are allowed to comply with the obligations related to the identification code well in advance.
The obligations, sanctions and other provisions contained in the art. 13-ter of legislative decree no. 145/2023 will be applicable only starting from the sixtieth day following publication in the Official Journal, expected no later than 1 September 2024, of the Notice certifying the entry into operation of the BDSR on a national scale.
