The municipal ordinance – public – bears the signature of the highly qualified official of the Municipality of Terni Federico Nannurelli and is curious. It concerns the building at number 20 in Piazza Ridolfi, the one in front of Palazzo Spada: decoration is involved.

In essence, the Municipality ordered the administrator to proceed «with the maintenance, taking care to carry out the restoration of the damaged concrete and the painting with a color as similar as possible to the one existing on the facade of the building overlooking Piazza Ridolfi». All this within ten days on the basis of article 40 of the municipal building regulation.
Good because? There is talk of a provision aimed at “ordering the maintenance of the conditions of decorum and integrity of the building”. The technicians of the urban decoration office have ascertained that the property is «maintained in a state of lack of maintenance, contributing to a state of degradation due to the presence of deteriorated wall facing, causing damage to the decorum and safety, and in general to all the accessory and finishing elements that contribute to defining the external appearance of the building”. The order can be appealed to the TAR. We will see the developments.
