REGGIO EMILIA – Punched in an attempt to rob him of the gold chain around his neck. The victim was a 20-year-old boy from Scandiano. On the evening of June 17th he was in the center of Reggio, in via Filippo Re, together with a friend when he was approached by two young foreigners who insistently asked him for a cigarette. A pretext, because suddenly one of the two punched him in the chest and grabbed his chain, which broke when it fell to the ground. The two foreigners then ran away. The 20-year-old filed a complaint with the police and recognized who hit him by viewing the mug shots. The man – 21 years old, resident in Fornovo di Taro (Parma) – was reported for attempted robbery. Investigations continue to identify the accomplice.
