The new corporate course by Ignazio Cipriani starts again from Mauro Antonioli, or by the coach who was responsible for the latest promotion of the Giallorossi club. It was there 2016/17 season and Antonioli’s Ravenna succeeded in conquering the C series by coming back from Imolese by 5 points in the last five days. In the following season the coach born in Milan but resident in Bellaria, led Ravenna to safety in C 5 days in advance. After the Giallorossi experience Antonioli was at the helm of Reggiana in D (third place finish), Fermana, Sambenedettese, Imolese and Forlìthis season, in D, where he challenged the Giallorossi as an opponent.
In this second chapter of his adventure with Ravenna FC he will once again be accompanied by the historic deputy Ivan Piccoli and Ermes Morini as goalkeeper coach.
The company’s management offers Mauro Antonioli and his staff a warm welcome and best wishes for a season full of satisfaction for the Giallorossi colours. Antonioli takes over the helm from Massimo Gaddaarchitect of a season of the highest level, punctuated by a playoff won after having suffered the insult of being overtaken by Carpi with the exclusion of Pistoiese, and not even the fact of having put the best defense in Italy on track from A to D.
