The coach of the promotion to Serie C is back on the Giallorossi bench.
As previously anticipated by the editorial staff of SerieD24.com, Mauro Antonioli returns to the Giallorossi home: he is in fact the new coach of Ravenna Football Club. When everything now seemed closed and defined, Antonioli himself unexpectedly refused to sit on the San Marino bench next season during which, instead, he will embrace his old team again.

“The society Ravenna Football Club is pleased to announce that it has entrusted the technical direction of the first team to Mauro Antonioli.
There is no need for great introductions for a technician to whom he is linked one of the most pleasant memories of recent Giallorossi history, with the fantastic comeback against Imolese and the victory in the 2016/17 championship which earned them a return to Serie C. A professionalism that Antonioli himself was able to defend, achieving a not-to-be-obvious survival with 5 days to spare in the following season. After the Giallorossi experience, the coach born in Milan in ’68 was in charge of Reggiana, Fermana, Sambenedettese, Imolese and Forlì.
In this second chapter of his adventure with Ravenna FC he will once again be accompanied by the historic deputy Ivan Piccoli and Ermes Morini as goalkeeping coach.
