The fines that the Police have imposed on three hairdressers and two other shops located near the Gallarate train station amount to 3,500 euros.

As part of the control activity of the territory and the verification of the sector regulations governing public establishments, yesterday, personnel from the Administrative Police Sector of the Gallarate State Police Commissariat and the Local Police carried out specific checks which affected several public businesses located near the local railway station and near Piazza Risorgimento.

In particular, the streets adjacent to the railway station were patrolled, checking public establishments and neighborhood establishments also in order to prevent the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages as required by the current ordinance of the Mayor of Gallarate.

Sanctioned between hairdressing shops

During the service, 19 people were identified and a total of 5 commercial businesses were checked and high administrative fines totaling approximately 3,500 euros.

In particular, in two hairdressing shops the violation of the regional provision of the sector was found which imposes the obligation to carry out the activity in the presence of the technical manager, which will entail the administrative sanction of 500.00 euros for each commercial establishment, while in another, a violation of the authorization requirement for the external sign was found, which will result in an administrative fine of 200.00 euros.
