A journey to discover the authentic flavors of the Marche tradition in the footsteps of the Master and grand gourmet

FRIDAY 21 JUNE – 7 PM

Friday 21 June at 7pm stop at the Cantina Di Sante (Via Antinori, 28 Fano) for a new appointment with Dalla Vigna alla Tavola Opera Food, a project curated by Omnia Comunicazione, financed by the Marche Region – Department of Agriculture. Rossini in Carignano: mineral echoes of Bourgogne is the title of the evening on the farm led by Tommaso Di Sante, which brings out the best selection from its cellar: Agape Spumante Dry Rosè, Oltre – Marche bianco Igt Chardonnay e Sauvignon 2023, Oltre – Marche bianco Igt Chardonnay e Sauvignon 2022, Timoteo – Colli Pesaresi Doc Sangiovese Riserva. The wines will be paired with a tasty menu curated by chef Roberto Dormicchi. We start with a panzanella, a traditional dish rich in authentic flavours, to continue with the delicious Maccheroni alla Rossini, the Tournedos alla Rossini. The table is enriched by a buffet of local products. The cycle of meetings in the cellars ends with the Cantina Di Sante but continues in the museums of the province of Pesaro and Urbino with Museo Talk! A journey through finds and flavors that will see archaeological conferences and tastings of typical local products. In collaboration with the Flaminia Museum Network, director Vanessa Lani.
