Seventh place for Chimera Nuoto in the Tuscan Team Cup for Beginners A. The most important event aimed at athletes born between 2011 and 2013 recorded the presence of eleven male and female swimmers from the Arezzo club who took to the pool in Livorno and who , compared to their peers from across the region, managed to do well with positive chronometric performances which earned them a second place, two third places and other good placings. The sum of the different results allowed Chimera Nuoto to finish seventh in the general ranking among twenty-nine Tuscan teams, confirming the quality of the preparation conducted with the young talents of city swimming by the technical staff coordinated by Marco Magara and composed of Marco Licastro, Adriano Pacifici and Mattia Esposito, with the support of Emanuele Cherubini for injury prevention and Luca Ricciarini and Matteo Cetarini for athletic training.
The best result bears the signature of Isabella Sacchetti from 2012 who placed second in the 200 butterfly, then Leonardo Pasquini from 2011 returned among the protagonists of the Tuscan Cup with third place in the 200 medley, fourth place in the 200 backstroke and sixth place in the 200 breaststroke. The other satisfactions were thanks to the group of athletes of 2012 with Morgana Milagros Domenichelli (fifth in the 100 breaststroke), Djulietta Rosca (fifth in the 200 breaststroke), Asia Senesi (seventh in the 100 freestyle), Aurora Frulli (eighth in the 100 butterfly) and Giulia Gianquitto (eighth in the 100 backstroke and ninth in the 200 backstroke and 400 freestyle), then the Chimera Nuoto team was completed by Pietro Belleggia, Matilde Beoni, Niccolò Gepponi and Margherita Squarcialupi. Excellent results were also achieved on a collective level with third place in the 4×100 freestyle relay by the team composed of Domenichelli, Rosca, Sacchetti and Senesi, and with sixth place in the 4×100 mixed relay by the team with Domenichelli, Frulli, Rosca and Sacchetti.
