The protagonist of the scam is a 40-year-old Calabrian school employee, who was reported by the Pordenone Company of the Guardia di Finanza together with 5 compliant doctors. Thanks to a report, the financiers ascertained that the school employee Ata, in 3 consecutive years, served in 3 different institutes in Western Friuli, with the same modus operandi: after answering the call from the school, he showed up at the secretariat, signed the employment contract and, after 3 days of service, returned to his country of origin, in the province of Reggio Calabria to carry out, in complete tranquility, another work activity, continuing to send false medical certificates, issued by compliant professionals, which, in addition to allowing him to return to his home without being subject to a tax visit, allowed him to receive the entire amount of the salary, also continuing to accumulate points for advancement in the ranking.
