SERRAVALLE – An important and tiring commitment, in Sicily with three cars at the Nebrodi Rally, but also an impressive result, with second place overall. And two cars in the top ten overall.

A very profitable and exciting trip, that of Pavel Group, which placed in second place in the third round of the CRZ 9th Zone based in Sant’Angelo di Brolo, the Skoda Fabia R5 entrusted to Filippo Ferraro/Bruno Cono, making his debut with the Bohemian car, with which he sought redemption from the bad luck suffered in 2022.

“This podium on a car that is completely new to me fills me with pride, I am grateful for the push that the fans of my Sant’Angelo gave me – declared Ferraro upon arrival – at the end of a race that has always seen him in the podium positions, well supported by Fabia who knew how to ‘dress’ at her best thanks also to the team’s work”.

For Salvatore Di Benedetto and Giovanni Barbaro the Messina match was the third outing of the season, returning from a difficult start, therefore aiming for prompt redemption. A redemption that arrived in full, signing the ninth position overall in an extremely competitive context. also considering that the driver has an “unfinished business” with the race as his only participation ended with a withdrawal in 2022.

Josef Cannistra/Guido Pietro were also at the start on the technical special stages in Messina, returning on a Peugeot 208 R2. After fifth place in their category at the recent Targa Florio, they continued with satisfaction on the roads of Messina, finishing the challenge in seventh position in their class.
