PESARO The bite on the cheek and the intrusion into dinner with friends. Yesterday the sentence for a story concerning a “toxic” love between two lovers and which saw a 50-year-old from Pesaro end up in the dock accused of injuring the woman. He, defended by the lawyers Rosti and Ragaini, wanted to end that relationship but she didn’t want to know. The woman, in her forties, (defended by the lawyer Vellucci), would have been very jealous. She really didn’t want to end that clandestine relationship.

Scenes of jealousy, stalking, arguments, meetings and rapid-fire phone calls. During this turbulent relationship, on August 15th 4 years ago, the 40-year-old lady apparently showed up at a dinner with mutual friends, in a house in Trebbiantico, a banquet to which she had not been invited. A heated argument would have arisen to the point that much more than words had flown, including slaps and apparently even a bite for which the woman would have been the one to get the worst of it. Given the bad situation, she left the house and called a taxi to get away. Then the same woman decided to go to the emergency room and show the results of the fight. So three days after the events she obtained a medical report which prescribed a 10-day prognosis for facial abrasions and that bite on the left cheek in which the signs of both dental arches were visible. Hence the accusation of injuries.

Five months earlier car on fire

There is also another fact, which has not been filed and which has never given rise to proceedings. Five months before that argument which took place in August 2020, the woman who did not want to give up on the finished story allegedly set fire to the accused’s car. The woman’s complaint was the basis of the trial that arose from these facts and concluded yesterday. the prosecutor had asked for her to be sentenced to 6 months but the judge thought otherwise. In fact he acquitted the man because the fact does not exist, considering the evidence contradictory. Lawyer Vellucci, who had also asked for 7 thousand euros in compensation, is ready to read the reasons and lodge an appeal.
