Ser.In.Ar., together with the Italian Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Emilia Romagna section) promotes the 6th edition of the Degree Award in memory of prof. Franco Persiani, who passed away on 30 October 2015. This prize has an amount of 3,000.00 euros and is intended for graduates of any Italian university who have discussed their master’s thesis on the topic “Innovation for the aeronautical sector” in the period from 1 October 2023 to the deadline of the announcement, set for 31 July 2024. Works already submitted in previous editions of the Permio will not be admitted to the selection.
The winner will be identified by a special judging commission (composed of professors Luca Piancastelli, Erasmo Carrera, Leonardo Lecce, Caterina Grillo and Francesco Marulo), following the criteria of innovation, scientific rigor and applied methodology, quality and clarity of the essay and the degree mark.
As in previous editions, an award ceremony is planned, which will be held during the 34th ICAS (International Council of Aeronautical Sciences) congress scheduled in Florence from 9 to 13 September 2024. The date and time of the award ceremony will be communicated to the winner as soon as possible).
Candidates who intend to participate in the call (available on the website www.serinar.unibo.it) must submit their application for admission by 31 July 2024, directly at the Ser.In.Ar headquarters. of Cesena (via Uberti, 48 from 9.00 to 12.00) or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email to [email protected].
