From the Rai live broadcasts to the web broadcasts of New York bloggers, from the presence with the other Italian PDO PGI Excellences at the ORIGIN Italia Stand to the meeting with the President of AFIDOP Antonio Auricchio, from the breakfasts with the international journalists left speechless while they attended live to its creation by our Master Cheesemakers to the story of its history and its distinctive characteristics up to the closing of the activities with the handshake with the Plenipotentiary Minister Nicola Lener Head of delegation for the G7.
A succession of emotions that characterized the days of this historic event for Puglia and which featured our “Queen of Cheeses”, the Burrata di Andria PGI, which proudly represented its gastronomic excellence as it is a globally recognized symbol of Puglia.
