It’s now done for the hiring of Domenico Toscano. Yesterday before 1pm the Calabrian coach rushed into the headquarters, at the “Massimino”, holding a long meeting with the vice president Vincenzo Grella. “Toscano arrived, as expected, in Catania on the strength of an agreement now established with Cesena which will pay him and his staff severance pay after winning the championship with Juventus”reports Sicily.
“All the pieces, despite hesitations and doubts on the part of some, despite the market having attempted to hinder the move of Grella and Faggiano (other clubs had entered, but Toscano had given his word which was worth more than any other offer) they went to their place”, it is read. During yesterday’s summit “The foundations have been laid for the work that Toscano and his staff will have to carry forward.
