ATB Bergamo offers opportunities for training and hiring as drivers.

The Bergamo Transport Company, in collaboration with the ENAIP Lombardy Foundation, has in fact published the project selection notice ATB Bus Academy Consortium, aimed at obtaining a free D license and driver qualification card (CQC people).

The training and work offer is aimed at unemployed and a subsequent insertion is expected indefinite period.

ATB BERGAMO RECRUITMENT OF DRIVER TRAINING

ATB Consorzio SCRL, in collaboration with the ENAIP Lombardy Foundation, has announced a selection process to recruit participants in the project ATB Bus Academy Consortium, which provides:

• direct training course with the free achievement of the D license and the driver qualification card (CQC People);
• subsequent permanent inclusion in the workforce of each company of the “bus drivers” Consortium.

THE ATB BUS ACADEMY CONSORTIUM PROJECT

The selected resources will initially be hired on a contract fixed term par. 129 (professional profile of sales assistant) for a period of 6 months, with a 30-day trial period and part-time working hours of 24 hours per week (3 working days) from one or more of the consortium companies.

They will follow training courses and theregistration, at the expense of the Consortium companies, at a driving school identified by ATB CONSORZIO SCRL and authorized to issue the D license and the CQC People, with the obligation to attend courses during working hours (paid hours).

The following will be borne by those hired: expenses for tax stamps, medical examination and related certifications, civil motorization bulletins.

After passing, within 6 months of hiring, the exams required to obtain the D license and the CQC for people, the employment relationship will be transformed to indefinite period with full time working hours, and the worker will be assigned the professional profile of operating operator, parameter 140 of the CCNL autoferrotranvieri.

REQUIREMENTS

Those who have i requirements listed below:

• citizenship Italian or from another member state of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
• lack of criminal convictions and ongoing criminal proceedings, preventive measures or other measures that exclude access to public employment and measures issued by a public administration or by bodies or companies providing public services, dismissal for poor performance or dismissal or forfeiture from employment for having obtained a public job with false documents or tainted by incurable disability;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights, also in the State of origin or belonging;
• exemption from drug addiction and possession of the psycho-physical requirements required by the regulations in force for the performance of the duties of bus driver in scheduled public service, pursuant to Ministry of Transport Decree no. 88/99 and subsequent additions and amendments;
• be in compliance with the laws concerning military obligations (only for candidates subject to this obligation);
• driving license B or higher (excluding those subject to academy training) currently valid;
• chronological age not less than 21 years;
• unemployment status;
• good knowledge and mastery of the Italian language.

HOW THE SELECTION IS MADE

Candidates will be selected through:

• written test, which will consist of general tests and aptitude tests;
• aptitude-motivational assessment interviews which will evaluate, among other things, relational – communication skills, motivation and aptitude for the role of bus driver for carrying out the local public service.

We add that, for candidates with EU and third country citizenship, in the case of the interview, an assessment of knowledge of the Italian language is also required.
