It ended 1st edition of the Erminio Macario Dialect Theater Award promoted by us UILT Piedmont Aps in collaboration with Art of Comedy Aps. A very successful experience, both for the presence and appreciation of the public, and for the warm participation of the Companies.
All this was possible thanks to great passion that unites, thelove for THEATER.
The billboard has been composed UILT Piedmont Aps Youth Theater Review “inFesTanti” 1st edition 2024.
The peculiarity of this review lies in the fact that the shows proposed have a cast composed solely of Under 35 actors.

VIU’. Saturday 22 June “The Tale of another Youth” at the Multipurpose Room
Another appointment with quality theater on the evening of Saturday 22 June at the Sala Polivalente in Viù, Valli di Lanzo, province of Turin. On stage “The Tale of another Youth”: between literature, cinema and theatre. On stage the talented Eliana Cantone. The dramaturgy, curated by director Giordano Vincenzo Amato and the evocative soundtrack performed live by Elisa Fighera blend harmoniously to create a unique atmosphere, involving and capturing the spectator’s imagination. Inspired by the novel by Mircea Eliade and the film of the same name by Francis Ford Coppola, the show follows the adventures of Maria Piarulli, Italian-Romanian protagonist, daughter of Italian immigrants in Romania at the end of the nineteenth century. At the age of 65, Maria is struck by lightning which – rather than extinguishing her – gives her a new possibility: a new youth. The narrative, original and unusual, at times paradoxical, develops as an ironic and dreamlike journey in search of a second chance at life, of another youth. The show, awarded the prestigious recognition as winner of the Kilowatt Festival Visionari 2013 tender, confirms its artistic excellence and extraordinary ability to transport the audience into a fascinating and in some ways surreal universe. The curtain will rise promptly at 9.00 pm, promising a new theatrical experience, certainly one to remember, or rather, not to be missed.

Acqui in Palcoscenico”, arrives in 2024 at its 41st edition, a milestone that testifies to the national success of the event.
In Acqui from 30 June to 14 July 22 formations will alternate with 20 different titles which, as titled “WellnSIDE“, refers to “being inside”, to looking from the inside at the contemporary panorama of national and international dance, in continuous change and research.
We wanted to maintain the programming of the inaugural evening of the festival in Turin for this edition too, to add further visibility to the event and involve a wider range of audiences, also at a national level, at the Astra Theater on 14 June.
After the opening evening which sees the prestigious presence of the Real Conservatorio de Danza “Mariemma” of Madrid on stage, the festival will take place in the period between 30 June and 14 July in Acqui Terme, in the various important spaces made available by the Public Administration of the City.
The program will open in Acqui‘INSTRUMENTAL CHAMBER ORCHESTRA WATER, for the artistic direction of Eleonora Parolini and for dance, the Egri Bianco Danza company and the Balletto Teatro di Torino in a new production of music by Mozart, performed live by the Camerata: MOZART MON AMOUR.
In addition to valorising the architectural and cultural heritage of the city of Acqui Terme, over the years the Festival has become a point of reference for dance in Piedmont, broadening the interest to young people and dance enthusiasts, at the same time drawing attention to the many environmental heritages, witnesses of ancient cultures.
It will also be present for 2024 space dedicated to young people through internships, seminars, workshops and ample space will be given to teaching and training, with constant attention to the care and enhancement of young talents of all nationalities.
The evening “Living with Dance”dedicated to emerging soloists and groups, and the prestigious “Acquidanza Award”, will complete the event as usual.
The artistic direction will also be signed for this edition by Loredana Furnowhich the event has birthed and grown continuously over these long years, supported in its artistic choices by Viola Scaglione.
The organization of the Festival will be entrusted as always in recent years toGreek Associationwith the support and active collaboration of the Municipality of Acqui Terme, the Piedmont Region, that of the MiC Ministry of Culture of Rome and with the patronage of the Cassa di Risparmio di Alessandria Foundation.
