ANCONA – Late at night the Flying Squads intervened in the Posatora area as a woman, on the line of the local Operations Room, had asked for help, reporting that she had been beaten by her partner following a heated argument that took place in her home, providing only your name and home address, and then suddenly cut off the connection. Then, when the police arrived, the 45-year-old flew into a rage and first threw herself at the officers and then damaged the company car in which she had been taken by the police.

While the police immediately went to the scene, information was collected on the user and the owner of the report, as well as on the users of the owner of the house concerned. Once they arrived, after persistently trying to contact the utilities, the owner opened the gate allowing the officers to reach the apartment. The man, aged around 72, surprised by their presence but cooperative, reported that he had actually had an argument with his partner but never escalated to violence, that he spent the whole day at the seaside eating and drinking alcoholic beverages even once you return home.

The situation degenerated with the arrival of the woman, visibly altered by alcohol abuse (also evident in the inability to contextualise meaningful sentences), who initially refused to justify the redness she showed on part of her face, then she threw herself at her partner, attacking him with kicks and grabbing him by the neck. Once removed, the woman – a 45-year-old Italian citizen – directed her anger towards the officers, first punching one of them and then brandishing a chair, trying to hit the others. Dragged inside the police car, she then broke the glass of the car door with very strong kicks.

Accompanied to the Police Headquarters offices, further investigations revealed several criminal records for violence and resistance to a public official, for personal injuries and beatings, furthermore that she had a judicial measure issued by the Court of Ancona. The woman was arrested for resisting a public official and for causing damage, and after being examined by doctors at the emergency room and discharged, she was placed at the disposal of the competent judge who, this afternoon, validated the arrest, requiring him to report to the Judicial Police.
