The society PureLabs of Milan announced the acquisition of the majority of Sa Center. Nah. of Apriliaa multi-specialist reality that has been offering healthcare and diagnostic services in the Pontine city for over 30 years.
The Sa.Na. Center born from Salvatore Napoli who, with the support of the family, developed the center in via Peschiera in Aprilia, becoming one of the reference points for private healthcare in the city.
We read in a press release from PureLabs:
“As evidence of the strategic value of the operation for both counterparties, the founding partner Salvatore Napoli, who will continue to lead the centre, has reinvested through his family holding company in order to maintain a stake in Centro SaNa”.
Sa Center. Nah. of Aprilia, new owners, unchanged structure
From what we learn, therefore, it should be a financial operation that affects the ownership of the structure, but which should leave services and operations unchanged.
The Sa Center. Nah. of Aprilia is considered, together with the Clinica Città di Aprilia, the reference structure for health services in the city. Now also the Sa Center. Nah. changes hands. But at least for this reason it seems the name will not be changed by the new owners of PureLabs.
PureLabs is a company focused on the acquisition, management and integration of clinical diagnostic centers. The acquisition of Centro Sa.Na., which closed the 2023 financial year with a turnover exceeding 9 million euros, allows the PureLabs group to double its consolidated revenues and reach the threshold of 20 million euros .
