It is the fruit of the work of the group of poets and writers who joined the “Noi dove” project: continuing in the wake of the common work previously traced with the anthology Animalia (2021), has chosen to remember, conserve, save its own “places” with both poetic and narrative words. Those of the heart, born, lived, loved, found or lost; those photographed while traveling, crossed for a moment or for life, perhaps even just imagined. This time, in fact, the collective theme is the “where” which each one declines in verses and stories with their own tones, ways, accents and personal styles, unique and at the same time shared. In the hope that readers can also recognize themselves in this choral song, setting sail together on this journey of voices and destinations, towards a route that is not always marked on the map but which is inspired by images, emotions, evocations.
A world heritage site, a place of immense charm and a highly rated tourist destination, the Rose Garden it is little frequented by Florentines compared to the high number of foreigners who pass through it. Objective of the cultural programming ofFever and Lance Associationrecipient of the tender from the Municipality of Florence for the planning of theFlorentine summer 2024is first and foremost to attract with its own initiatives a higher number of citizens to enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the world with the presentation of a book, an acoustic concert, a performance, enjoying unique moments, in a union of culture and timeless beauty.
